Sorry, the Atom URL is wrong.
I can't subscribe using the RSS. I think it should be possible for you to find a gadget on Blogger https://www.blogger.com/blog/layout which will let anyone fill in thier email address and subscribe by email. Thanks.
Thank you both for pointing this out. Unfortunately, this is the Blogger gadget, so there isn't an easy fix but I'm now searching for an alternative.
I have now changed to a new email subscription service: fingers crossed this will work!
