I came across these toilets in a guide to shopping arcades; and the <a href="http://parisisinvisible.blogspot.fr/" rel="nofollow">Invisible Paris</a> blog has lots of fascinating - and sometimes unlikely - places. <br /><br />I don't know of a French equivalent to Pesner.
